Valet service was slow, often taking around 45 minutes. The pool had fun color-changing lights at night. Nearby bike tours were a hit with my family. The room decor felt outdated and could use a refresh.

I loved waking up in my spacious room with beautiful views! The staff was amazing, especially the bartender who made the most incredible chocolate martini ever! Breakfast was a treat with delicious omelettes and extra fruit that added a little magic to my morning.

Beautiful hotel. Comfy bed. Nice room size. Staff was excellent at the restaurant. Food? Mixed bag. Waffles overly sweet. Huevos rancheros missed the mark. problems arose. Shower, sink, and toilet in my room failed completely. Maintenance was prompt yet inconvenient; we moved late into the night, only to find the new room lacked hot water. Exhaustion made us stay. Pool amenities fell short during busy times. Towels were scarce. Outdated furniture and thin walls detracted from the experience. This hotel shines in many areas, but attention to detail and support during issues needs improvement. If you choose this place, be prepared for a few bumps along the way.

The room was poorly maintained, with stained walls and unclean shower facilities. There was pet hair on the floor and couch. The bed was uncomfortable; the sofa bed felt like lying on springs without much support. The shower had hair remnants, suggesting it wasn't properly cleaned. No fridge or microwave was available, which limited food storage. Temperature control worked well, but there were significant noise disturbances from the hallway. The lock on the door was faulty, and the curtains had brown smears. Linens for the sofa bed were not provided until late, which was inconvenient.

Staying here was awesome because it was just a few steps from the Cox Convention Center and only a 5-minute walk to the Paycom arena, making it super easy to catch events without the hassle of parking or traffic; plus, the beds were comfy, breakfast was delightful, and the staff was friendly and efficient, which really made my mornings bright. One downside was the check-in experience as we had to park a bit further away and there was no food vending available.

The location was perfect for walking to activities, and the valet parking was a plus. The 15th-floor suite offered privacy, a balcony, and comfy beds. The free breakfast was a nice treat.

the staff were friendly and accommodating. the breakfast was great, and the restaurant staff, marion and kyhjuan, were very pleasant. the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and there was plenty of hot water. the valet service was excellent, and i appreciated the convenient access to the elevator, which was also secured. overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Let's start with the good stuff - the staff was super helpful despite some glitches with the system. We had a fantastic bartender named Tanil Gale who went above and beyond to make our night special with his incredible chocolate martini. Khejuan, our waiter, also added some extra magic to our breakfast with delicious fruit and pancakes. The front desk staff were also very accommodating and made our stay more enjoyable. On the downside, there were a few issues with the room. The carpets were dirty, there was trash left behind from previous guests, and the bathroom toiletries were not of good quality. Plus, the lack of housekeeping during our three-day stay was a letdown. the parking situation was a bit of a hassle, with an extra charge for valet parking and concerns about the security of our car parked blocks away. while there were some nice touches and friendly staff, the cleanliness and maintenance issues in the room and parking situation were disappointing. Hopefully, these are areas that Wyndham Grand can work on to improve the experience.
